The hitbox is the area that will hit the opponent (red area), while the hurtbox is the area that you can take damage from an enemy attack during your attack (green box): In addition to this, there are also some games that can have multiple versions of hitboxes on the same entity.
For Zenyatta then, would hurtboxes pass through (the iris) the headgear at the top of his head? So for Reinhardt, the skin that removes his helmet, the hitbox stays the same? Just trying to cover all bases here.

What you've mentioned is good info, but some of it is more about playing Hanzo specifically than overall hitbox behavior. @twobugs, Exactly as I thought. I haven't the time right now, but I plan on compiling images with visualised hitboxes around each character.

There are no differences between the agents outside of their abilities. All of them will have the same movement speed, weapon handling, and hitboxes.
