TAP (Transit Access Pass) is a contact-less electronic fare card that can be utilized as a debit card to pay for fare on Torrance Transit buses and 24 other transit agencies in the LA county region.
These buses are part of the agency’s ongoing effort to decrease greenhouse gas emissions for the residents of Torrance and the South Bay. The project will also improve bus service as Torrance Transit enhances its existing network in this region.
