Others are considering a court fight, pointing to a provision in the state's background-check law that provides that if the electronic check system is down for more than 48 hours, dealers can complete sales based on federal checks.
Requiring background checks for all firearms purchases (ie, FTF transfers being illegal) for national reciprocity, that I would consider workable. You know, I think they'd have to throw in something forcing the ATF to approve more kitchen table FFL's too though.

I finally got TD to open an account by convincing the manager that I would not be buying and selling guns but only acting as a middle man for online transactions, receiving shipments and doing background checks.
