Curtis Institute of Music highly values a diverse international student body. Since its founding in 1924, Curtis has welcomed all applicants regardless of race, geographic origin, religious background, socio-economic level, gender, or sexual orientation.
Admissions are based on artistic promise alone. Audition dates, repertoire, and prescreening requirements vary by department. Dates are scheduled based on the faculty’s availability. Curtis is unable to honor requests for changes in the scheduled audition dates.
