The Educational Incentive Program (EIP) is a scholarship program which helps providers pay for training and educational activities with the intent to build provider knowledge, skills and competencies and improve the quality of childcare.
In 1987, George Mason University established the Early Identification Program (EIP) to support students who will be the first in their families to attend college. EIP empowers students to become productive and responsible citizens and achieve their goal of attaining higher education.
