The surrounds were from epay ($20 shipped, seller My Audio Addiction), and I have seen some there thaat include CV logo dust caps. I didn't cut the dust caps out of these, I just centered by hand, same as I did with my Boston subwoofer, which has a poly cone (so no cutting the dust cap!)
