You can come back and finish your renewal by using your Georgia Gateway account. Unfinished renewals will be deleted after 24 hours. If you are requesting that your case be closed or if you are submitting an inquiry and do not refresh, you will be logged out and you will need to start over to report the change or submit the inquiry.
