I recommend a Pietta. If it must be a Colt and you dont mind some honest wear, Ive been finding shooter grade Colt SAA's for some pretty good prices. A lot of LGS's list through GunsInternational, Gunbroker, or other auction sites, and price comparably. There are a lot of lgs's that have and maintain their own online shop though.
As I said, the Colt Trooper is a neat-looking gun, but for a gun that is used for shooting, not just a collector's item, technical support is a must. So I will go for the Colt Python.
