You can delete specific files or photos on Microsoft OneDrive, or you can delete entire folders and all the items in them. If you need to, you might be able to restore deleted files from the OneDrive recycle bin.
The best way to delete your files is to use the Windows File Explorer. Delete a file by using File Explorer Open a File Explorer window. Tip: A quick way to get to File Explorer is to press Windows Key + E. Locate the file that you want to delete. Select the file and press your Delete key, or select Delete on the Home tab of the ribbon.

Delete multiple emails You can quickly delete multiple emails from a folder and still keep your unread or important emails for later. To select and delete consecutive emails, in the message list, select the first email, press and hold the Shift key, select the last email, and then press the Delete key.

Note: If you delete a form from the Deleted forms tab, the form and all of its responses are permanently deleted. You won't be able to bulk delete forms. Instead, you'll need to delete forms, one by one, in order to permanently remove all forms from the Deleted forms tab.
