Elliot Health System (EHS) is the largest provider of comprehensive healthcare services in Southern New Hampshire. The cornerstone of EHS is Elliot Hospital, a 296-bed acute care facility located in Manchester (New Hampshire's largest city).
Elliot is a Support Survivor and the first free Support character. As a medic, he can see the aura of injured Survivors and throw pizza slices that provide decent healing. He can also gain a short burst of high speed to evade the Killer, with charges given each time he throws a pizza.
