I told my boyfriend about my trichotillomania even before we started dating so that he would know what he was getting himself into and the three years we have been dating he has been extremely supportive and understanding.

I too suffer from Dermatillomania and Trichotillomania and, like you. (At the time of doing it) I admit i enjoy popping my pimples. Although, pulling oou my hair is not so enjoyable - just uncontrollable. I do not pull out big sections of hair - but i could spend hours locating and pulling out my bits of frizz.
