Linzess® is a medication made of linaclotide that treats and relieves irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and chronic constipation. You should take this medication on an empty stomach at least 30 minutes before your first meal of the day or as directed by your healthcare provider.
Take on empty stomach at least 30 minutes prior to first meal of the day. Do not crush or chew LINZESS capsule or capsule contents.
LINZESS® (linaclotide) is indicated for managing Irritable Bowel Syndrome with Constipation, Chronic Idiopathic Constipation in adults, and Functional Constipation in patients 6 to 17 years of age.
