Raptor 90 JETS As many may know the Raptor 90 motor is the same motor as the eton viper 90r. If you doubt this just check out parts lists on the eton site. Bad points.. I thought i was buying a true yamaha and what I end up with was a rebranded knock off. Air cooled motor that is used on many scooters... worried about dirt and mud clogging up ...

I got my boy a 04 raptor 80 and it just wont idle! You can adjust the carb all you want it just wont idle about 1/8 of a turn and it will idle to the rev limiter and back it off the 1/8 and it will sputter out and die. Carb has been cleaned very well and has a new plug in it. Anyone?

Raptor 700 throttle bodies 06 and up, may apply to other similar models as well. Setting up and adjusting a throttle body can be very easy when the correct steps are followed and in the correct order, doing so will result in a smooth consistent idle and easy starting.
