Veterans Day is Monday, November 11, and in honor of those who have served, restaurants nationwide are showing their gratitude with an array of free meals, discounts and other well-deserved perks.
Whenever somebody complains about pricing at a big box, especially Scheels, I'm blown away that they aren't taking advantage of price matching. Just yesterday, I needed a new Timney. It was on sale at Optics Planet for $150, Scheels had it at $199. One 2 minute chat online later, it was priced matched and shipped out less than an hour later, on a Saturday.
