I have submitted my video/ photos/ info to RSI via warranty, not looking to throw shade just inform them and others. Currently have a gas shock removed from each window to prevent accidental opening while driving down the highway... again. RSI was SUPER uncouth about polite but firm feedback about these locks. Clearly they know there is some issue, but they don't care cause they can't make these caps fast enough to keep up with demand.
